   2.1 The products offered for sale on the Site are design jewelry
   2.2 The images and descriptions of the Products are indicative and not binding. The seller reserves the right to make changes to the Products without notice.
3. Orders
   3.1 Orders can only be placed by individuals who are of legal age and capable of understanding and willing.
   3.2 The Customer guarantees that the data provided for the order are truthful and correct.
   3.3 The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not comply with the General Conditions or that appear suspicious.
4. Prices and Payments
   4.1 The prices of the products are indicated in Euros and include VAT.
   4.2 Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods indicated on the Site.
   4.3 Payment must be made at the time of the order. In case of non-payment, the order will be canceled.
5. Shipping and Delivery
   5.1 The Products will be shipped to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order.
   5.2 Delivery times are indicative and not binding. The seller is not responsible for delays in delivery due to force majeure.

   Deliveries are made by Courier or National registered mail “Poste Italiane” S.p.a.
   Delivery times: approximately 2/3 working days
   Shipping charges are €10. Shipping is free for purchases over €120
   
   EUROPE:
   Deliveries are made by Courier or International registered mail “Poste Italiane” S.p.a.
   Customs fees and taxes where applicable are excluded from the shipping cost.
   Delivery times: approximately 7 working days
   Shipping charges are €15,00/20,00. Shipping is free for purchases over € 250,00
   
   REST OF THE WORLD:
   Deliveries are made by Courier or International registered mail “Poste Italiane” S.p.a.
   Customs fees and taxes where applicable are excluded from the shipping cost.
   Delivery times: approximately 10 working days
   Shipping charges are € 20,00/30,00. Shipping is free for purchases over € 300,00

6. Right of Withdrawal
   6.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the Products, without having to provide any reason.
   6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication to the seller by email or post.
   6.3 The Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and with all accessories. Return costs are borne by the Customer.
   6.4 The seller will refund the price of the Products within 14 days of receiving the return.
   6.5 The shipping costs of the returned goods are borne by the Customer
7. Complaints
   7.1 In case of defects or non-conformity, the Customer must inform the seller within 7 days of discovering the defect.
   7.3 The seller will repair or replace defective Products at no cost to the Customer.
8. Privacy
   8.1 The Customer’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the current privacy legislation.
   8.2 The Customer can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, and opposition by contacting the seller.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
   9.1 These General Conditions are governed by Italian law.
   9.2 For any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or termination of these General Conditions, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer will have jurisdiction.
